Refund policy

Original Packaging

To be eligible for return, items must be returned in original condition and include original packaging, labels, and included accessories where applicable.

Returns may be refused or subject to reduced refund eligibility if packaging is missing, damaged, or unsuitable for resale.


Compatibility & Fitment

Customers are encouraged to carefully verify vehicle compatibility, OEM/reference numbers, specifications, and product images before placing an order.

If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us prior to purchase. Where possible, customers are encouraged to provide the VIN, original part number, or photos of the original part for verification.


Change of Mind Returns

We do not generally accept returns for change of mind or incorrectly ordered items.

Returns may be considered at our discretion for unused and uninstalled items in original condition submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs for discretionary returns are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrectly Ordered Parts

Customers are responsible for confirming correct part selection before purchase.

Returns for incorrectly ordered items may be considered if the product has not been installed, used, or damaged and original packaging is returned in suitable condition.


Installed or Used Parts

Parts that have been installed, used, modified, damaged, or contaminated after delivery may not be eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• order number
• description of issue
• photos where applicable

We will work with customers to assess and resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• installed electrical components
• special order items
• damaged or modified items
• products returned without original packaging


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
